Brianne Huebner is an associate at Rosen & Associates and concentrates her practice on bankruptcy litigation, chapter 11 reorganizations and liquidations, and workouts. She represents debtors and creditors, including banks, secured creditors and other parties in interest.

Brianne is a 2010 graduate of the St. John's University LL.M. in Bankruptcy Program, where she received a CALI "Excellence for the Future Award" for receiving the highest grade in her Bankruptcy Practice Litigation course. Prior to moving to New York to attend the St. John's LL.M. Program, she received her J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. At the University of Denver, Brianne was the Training Editor and a board member for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy.
