Ms. McCabe is the managing attorney for Rosen & Associates, P.C.’s Delaware office. She represents clients in the courts of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York and works closely with our New York office. Christine advises parties involved in all aspects of insolvency, including debtors, lenders, landlords, and tenants, as well as trustees and professionals appointed in bankruptcy cases. She has experience in prosecuting and defending adversary actions and plan objections. Christine also provides basic creditors’ rights services, such as filing proofs of claim, attending required meetings in bankruptcy, negotiating reaffirmation agreements, and prosecuting stay relief motions. 

 

Christine practiced insolvency related law in boutique firms and her own practice. She served as a judicial law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County where she gained understanding of the inner workings of the courts, honed her legal analysis, and refined her writing. Through these experiences Christine developed an efficient and pragmatic approach to resolving issues arising in her clients’ matters.

 

Christine recently participated in representing the purchaser of the assets and business of Bumble Bee Foods, LLC, through a sale of assets under the Bankruptcy Code.
